Hot Air Levelling:
- HAL lead free
- HAL SnPb 63/37
Galvanic:
- e.d. NiAu electroplating with Gold whole conductive pattern
- e.d. NiAu electroplating with Gold partially and direct connectors
- e.d. Sn electroplating with tin whole conductive pattern
- e.d. SnPb electroplating with SnPb whole conductive pattern
Chemical:
- chem. NiAu electroless deposition of Ni barrier and thin Gold layer
- chem. Sn electroless deposition of thick tin layer
- chem. Ag electroless deposition of silver layer
Organic:
- OSP coating with organic protection layer
