We are able according to requirements of the application to select the appropiate board material. We are specialized on boards for all kinds of reliability tests and other tests related to semiconductors. Only well-known suppliers like Isola are used.
- HTOL - High Temperature Operating Life at +125°C
- THB - Temperature, Humidity, Bias (corrosion of metals) at +85°C / 85% RH
- HAST - Highly Accelerated Temperature/Humidity Stress Test (shorter alternative to THB) at 130°C / 85%RH
- PTC - Power Temperature Cycling up to -40°C /+140°C
- ESD - Adapter boards for Electro Static Discharge Tests
- LU - Adapter boards for Latch-Up Tests
